Our office is located at house number 2/205 in Viramra Khand. If you know Gomti Nagar in Lucknow, you know it’s a big area, but we’re tucked away in a spot that’s actually pretty quiet. We work on home projects and everything related to that. It’s mostly just a few of us here handling the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people to talk about floor plans and construction details. Lucknow is growing so fast, especially this side of town, so there is always something to do. Some days are just filled with paperwork and getting permits sorted out, which can be a real headache. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a regular building where we sit and try to make sense of the housing market. We see a lot of families looking for a place to stay or people wanting to build something new. We just talk to them like regular people because that’s who we are. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just keep going. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Being in Gomti Nagar helps because we are close to the sites we manage. We’ve been in this neighborhood for some time now and know the streets pretty well.
