Greenvalley Infraland Private Limited has its main office in the Gomtinagar area of Lucknow. We are at C-1/268 in Vineet Khand, and the pin code is 226010. Gomtinagar is quite a sprawling place, but Vineet Khand is where we have settled in. Our office is basically a ground-floor space that we’ve filled with desks and cabinets for all our land records. It’s usually a bit messy with blueprints and maps lying around, but we know where everything is. The traffic on the main road can be quite a lot, but once you get into the lanes of Vineet Khand, it gets a bit quieter. We start our day with a quick meeting and then it’s mostly phone calls and paperwork until evening. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually answers it. Most people who come by are local folks or people we’ve worked with for years. We serve a lot of tea to visitors because that’s just how things are done here in Lucknow. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather focus on the infraland projects we have on our plate. Some days are very long, especially when we have to go out to the sites, but we always come back here to finish up. It’s just a normal office run by normal people.
