We are set up at B-206 in Sector J, Railnagar. It’s right on the ground floor, which is handy because people can just walk in from the street in Lucknow without climbing stairs. Our name is Greenessence Realcon LLP. Usually, the office is a bit messy with maps and folders everywhere because we spend most of our time looking at land and property details. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything. Just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk to people about where they want to live or build. Lucknow is getting bigger every day, especially around this part of town, so things stay pretty busy. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us grew up around here so we know the roads and the neighborhoods pretty well. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on the main road is loud, but that’s just how it is in Railnagar. We don't spend money on big ads. We just talk to folks and help them figure out the paperwork for buying or selling. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking site boundaries. We drink a lot of tea while we work. If you find yourself in Sector J, you might see us out and about.
