Girja Training And Services Private Limited is basically run out of our place in Binoba Nagar. Binod Kumar Giri started this up because he saw that people in the Digha area needed some actual skills to find decent work. We aren't a big institution with a massive campus or anything like that. We operate out of Nirala Nagar and it's a pretty practical setup for everyone. We mostly focus on teaching folks how to handle different types of service jobs and technical tasks they might face. It is hands-on stuff. You won't find us sitting around talking about theory for hours on end. We would much rather show someone how to do the job so they can go out and earn a living for their families. The building is just a regular spot near the local landmarks. It is where we grew up, so we know everyone around here pretty well. Sometimes the equipment we use is a bit old, but it works fine for learning the basics. We don't have a marketing team or anyone fancy. Usually, people just knock on the door or ask for Binod if they want to join a session. It is a family-run kind of thing, keeping the memory of late Ranjan in mind as we work. We just want to see our neighbors get ahead in life. Life is tough enough, so having a place to learn a new skill nearby makes a difference. We keep the doors open.
