GHARODA INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Ghasiyari in Bijnaur, which is on the outskirts of Lucknow. Our office is care of Babulal, and it is a very local setup. We don't have any neon signs or big billboards pointing the way. It is just a regular building where we manage our infrastructure projects. Dealing with roads and local construction means we spend a lot of time outdoors in the dirt and sun. The office is where we come to escape the heat and try to get the paperwork sorted out. It is often a bit cluttered with tools and samples of materials like gravel or bricks. We aren't a huge company with a lot of fancy titles. We are just a group of people who know how to get things built. Bijnaur is a place where everyone knows their neighbors, so we try to keep things friendly. Sometimes the local kids play cricket near our entrance, and we have to ask them to move so we can get a truck in. It is not a corporate environment at all. We just sit around the table, have some chai, and talk about what needs to be done for the next day. It is simple work, and it keeps us connected to the ground. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just look at what needs doing and we find a way to get it finished. That is how we have always done things.
