We set up our office at A/04/377 in the Greenwood Villa area of Sushant Golf City. It is a nice spot near Sultanpur Road in Lucknow. Being in a villa makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. We help people find homes and deal with property matters. The name of the company basically says it all, we are like a partner for your house needs. We are just a small group of people who enjoy working in the real estate field. Sushant Golf City is growing quite a bit and there is always a new project starting up somewhere nearby. We spend a lot of time walking around the different blocks and checking on houses. It is not a corporate job where you wear a suit every day. Most of the time we are just in casual clothes, talking to builders and buyers. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the people we know and the work we do. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just keep going. It is a very hands-on type of business. We like the fact that we are in a residential area because it keeps us close to the properties we talk about. We just try to be honest and straightforward with everyone who walks through our door at the villa.
