Gemtech Developers Private Limited is tucked away on Ashok Marg, specifically on part of Plot No. 15. We are located right behind the SIDBI Bank. It’s a busy part of Lucknow, but our office is quite modest. We don't have fancy furniture or a big reception area. It’s just a place where we plan our next construction steps and handle the billing. We spend a lot of time out in the heat, checking on projects and making sure the foundations are being poured correctly. The city center is always busy, so getting around can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. We’ve been in the 226001 area for a long time and we know most of the other builders around here. It’s a tough business because there are always delays or things that go wrong with the supply chain. We just take it one day at a time and try to solve the problems as they come up. We don't use a lot of complicated words to describe what we do. We just build things. We drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we can during the summer months. Our desk is usually covered in receipts and half-empty water bottles. It’s a real office for real work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want the work to be good.
