Our office for Gdr Constructions And Engineering Private Limited is over at Plot No. 3/115 in Rajni Khand. It’s part of the Sarda Nagar area in Lucknow. We’ve been set up here for some time now. It’s a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We handle a mix of construction jobs and some engineering stuff too. It’s mostly about keeping the projects moving and making sure we have enough materials on site. The team usually heads out early in the morning and comes back late. We aren't really the type to sit in the office all day unless we have to catch up on the books. Lucknow is growing fast, so there is always something to do. You might see our vehicles moving around the 226002 area often. We just try to keep things simple. No need for anything too complicated. If there is a problem at a site, we go there and fix it. We don’t spend much time on fancy marketing because the work usually keeps us busy enough as it is. Some of the guys have been with us for years. It feels more like a small family business than anything else. We focus on the local projects here in Uttar Pradesh. Sometimes the heat makes the work tough, but the crew is used to it by now. We just keep our heads down and work. That’s about all there is to it.
