Our base is at 11A/184 in the Vrindavan Yojna area, right off R B Road in Lucknow. Being in a place like Lucknow means there is always something being built or renovated. Gdcl Buildcon is our way of being part of that growth. It’s a decent-sized city and we keep ourselves pretty busy with various building projects. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine; it's just a place for us to handle the paperwork and meet with the foremen. Most of the time, we’re out on the road or at a construction site. We started this because we like the process of building, even if it’s just a small part of a bigger project. There are a lot of rules and plans to follow in this business, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a big sign out front. It’s just a straightforward operation. The 226016 area is where we do most of our coordinating. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the local infrastructure over the years. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take two weeks, we say two weeks. It doesn't always work out perfectly because that's just life, but we try our best to stay on track.
