Gajanad Infraventures Private Limited is located at 2/77, Vishesh Khand, in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow. If you’ve ever been to Gomti Nagar, you know it’s a big, busy place, but Vishesh Khand has its own little corners that are a bit more manageable. Our office is one of those places. It’s not a huge building, just a workspace where a few of us gather every morning to see what the day has in store. We focus on infraventures, which basically means we are involved in building and land projects around the state. The desks are usually covered in notebooks and pens, and there’s always a stack of newspapers in the corner. We don’t go in for fancy decor or expensive furniture; we just need a place to sit and talk through our ideas. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, and we don’t really follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. Most of us have been working in this industry for years, so we’ve seen a lot of changes in how things are built in Uttar Pradesh. We like being in Lucknow because everything you need is right here. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic is a nightmare, but we just take it in stride. We’re just a local company doing our thing, trying to stay busy and keep our projects on track. It’s a decent life and we’re glad to be doing it.
