G. P. C. L. Builders & Developers Private Limited

Our office for G. P. C. L. Builders & Developers Private Limited is tucked away in Tulsipuram, specifically at 538 A/362. If you know the Triveni Nagar-1 area of Lucknow, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of local activity. We’ve been operating from here, handling the various aspects of building and development that come our way. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We have a desk for the accounts, a few chairs for when clients come in to discuss blueprints, and plenty of files stacked up from over the years. Building things in a city like Lucknow means dealing with a lot of different people, from local suppliers to the laborers who do the heavy lifting. We spend our days coordinating deliveries of cement and steel or walking through construction sites to see how the walls are coming up. It’s a lot of manual tracking and phone calls. Sometimes the weather doesn't help, especially when the rains hit and everything on site has to slow down. We just keep at it, though. There is always a new project to look at or an old one that needs some finishing touches. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the trade and how to get things built. It’s practical work and we like being part of the growth happening in this part of town.
