The Forum For Industrial Skill Enhancement & Training is located at B-58 in Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. Nirala Nagar is one of those neighborhoods that has a lot of character, and we’ve been operating from this building for some time now. It’s a solid, older structure that feels like it belongs in the city. Inside, we have rooms dedicated to different types of industrial training. It’s not a high-tech lab with shining chrome, but we have the actual tools and equipment that people will use in real jobs. Most of the staff here have spent years working in different industries before joining the forum. We spend our mornings setting up the workshops and making sure everything is ready for the people who come in to learn. In the afternoons, the place gets much louder with the sound of people practicing their skills. We often sit in the small office area near the front to handle the registrations and the certificates. Lucknow is a city that values its traditions, but we are focusing on the practical side of things to help people get into modern industries. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be more than we are. We are just a group of people in Nirala Nagar who know how industrial work happens and want to pass that on. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of working here.
