Excella Township Llp

Excella Township Llp is based in Lucknow, specifically in Vikas Khand, Gomti Nagar. We are on the ground floor at 2/345, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us without having to hunt for an elevator. Gomti Nagar is one of those places that is always growing, and being right here in Vikas Khand means we see a lot of the action. We started this township project because we saw a need for something straightforward in the area. Our office is not decorated with expensive art or anything; it’s just a place with computers, chairs, and a lot of maps. We spend our days talking to people about their homes and making sure the construction side of things stays on track. Lucknow is a city with a lot of tradition, and we try to respect that in how we talk to our customers. No big sales speeches, just plain talk. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy with people coming in and out, but we prefer it that way. It means things are happening. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh, just a reliable one that stays in its lane. If you are ever near the ground floor of 2/345, you will see us there, probably drinking chai and looking over some site plans. It is a busy life, but it is ours, and we are happy to be doing it. We hope to see more houses built soon.
