We have our setup at 2/345, Vikas Khand-2 in Gomti Nagar. Excella Premioinfra Llp is basically just a group of us who know the construction and infrastructure business in Lucknow inside out. We chose this spot in 226010 because it is central and easy for people to reach. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups, but that is where the real planning happens. We are not interested in being a giant corporation. We like being a local partnership where we can actually talk to the people we are building for. Sometimes we disagree on how to handle a specific site issue, but we always work it out before the shovels hit the ground. Our day starts early and usually ends late because there is always a delay or a delivery that did not show up. That is just the reality of infra work here. We try to keep our overhead low so we do not have to charge people for things they do not need. It is a lot of back-and-forth with vendors and labor, but we manage to stay on track. If you are around Vikas Khand, you will find us tucked away. We do not spend money on big signs or glossy ads. We would rather spend that time making sure the structural stuff is solid. It is just us doing our best to help Lucknow grow one small project at a time.
