Emitear City Developeres Project Private is based in Vijay Nagar, over in the Lilmatha area of Lucknow. We’ve been here for a bit, right in the 226002 area. Lucknow is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to the project sites. Developing city projects is a lot of work, and it usually involves a lot of dust and noise. We don't mind it, though. We’ve gotten used to the sound of machines and the smell of fresh concrete. It’s not always a fast process. We’ve learned that you can't rush things if you want them to stay standing. People around Lilmatha see us around all the time. We’re just local guys doing a job that needs doing. We don't promise anything impossible or use words we don't mean. We just show up every day and do the work that’s in front of us. That’s our way of operating and we’re sticking to it.
