Elpida Estates Private Limited

We are located in Tower 4, Flat 503 at Goel Heights Apartments. It is over in the Anoura area of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Elpida Estates Private Limited is basically run right from this apartment. It is a bit different from a standard office building, but it works well for us. We have a nice view from the fifth floor, which is a nice little bonus during the workday. Lucknow is growing a lot towards this side of town, so being in Anoura makes a lot of sense for a real estate business. We deal with property stuff, mostly helping people find places or managing small estates. Our living room is basically our main meeting room. It is a bit informal, but we find that people feel more relaxed here than in a cold office. We don't have a receptionist, so if the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. There is usually a pot of tea on the stove. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or out visiting different sites across the city. The apartment can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It is a practical way to run things without all the extra costs. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during our phone calls, but that is just life in an apartment building. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy elevators.
