EKAI BUILDCON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is tucked away in Basant Vihar, which is part of Shivajipuram in Sector-11 of Indira Nagar. It’s a residential area in Lucknow and being at Plot No-58 feels more like being in a home than a corporate building. We like it that way because it keeps things low-key and friendly for everyone. We are an OPC which means it’s a small operation and we handle the building work ourselves. The neighborhood has a lot of trees and you can hear the birds in the morning before the city gets too loud. We have a few desks and a lot of paper samples lying around from our different construction projects. Most of the people who live around here know us and we often stop to chat with the neighbors on our way into the office. It’s a simple setup where we do our planning and meet with workers. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside but people find us easily enough in Sector-11. The pace is a bit slower here than in the main commercial parts of Lucknow and that suits our way of working just fine. We have our tea breaks in the small courtyard and talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. It’s a very local, honest way of doing things and we’ve been part of this community for some time now. Everything we do is managed right from this spot.
