You can find us at A-1198 in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. It is a residential street mostly, so it is pretty quiet except for the occasional vegetable seller passing by. The building is an older one and we have occupied this space for a good while. Inside, it looks like a typical small business office with lots of filing cabinets and a few desks pushed together. We work on things related to skills and industry training. There is always someone typing away or talking on the phone with a trainer. We keep a big water cooler in the corner because Lucknow gets incredibly dusty and dry. The walls are painted a simple cream color and we have a few posters hanging up that are a bit crooked. It is not the kind of place with glass walls or high-end decor, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time organizing schedules and making sure the trainers have what they need for their sessions. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window and wait for the generator to kick in. It is just a normal day-to-day operation here. We are near the main market area so it is easy to grab a snack when we are feeling hungry. We are just a local team in Lucknow trying to stay on top of the work and keep the files organized. It is just simple, practical work every day.
