Earthrise Infradevelopers & Constructions Private Limited is our name. Our main office is located at House No-10 in Navneet Vihar, which is in Sector 9 of Indira Nagar. It is more of a residential-feeling area, which we actually like because it is a bit quieter than being right on the main commercial strips. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. Our team is made up of people who really know the construction business from the ground up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the big table in the back room looking at plans. There is no corporate mission statement hanging on the wall here. We just know that if we don't work hard, nothing gets built. Indira Nagar is a big area, and being in Sector 9 puts us in a good position to reach different parts of the city quickly. We handle a lot of the day-to-day grind that comes with developing land and building structures. It is mostly about managing people and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to spend all day fixing a mistake, but that is just part of the life. We don't try to sound like a huge company because we aren't. We are just a local group doing our thing and trying to stay busy. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to it.
