It gets very dusty in the summer months. We usually have the fan going and some cold water for anyone who drops by. Buying a home is a big deal for folks, so we try not to push them too hard. We just provide the information we have. It’s a simple business model. We show up every morning and see what the day brings. Most of our work comes from people who just walk in off the street.
