If you are looking for DPR Developers and Builders, we are up on the second floor of Vijay Tower. That is at CP-1 in Vikrant Khand, right on the Faizabad Road part of Gomti Nagar. The traffic out on the main road is always pretty loud, but after a while, you just stop noticing it. We have been in this building for a good bit of time now. We share the floor with a few other small businesses, so it is a busy place. We spend a lot of our hours looking at site plans or talking to different contractors on the phone. Building houses and small shops is what we do every day. It is not always a clean or easy job. There is usually a lot of dust and noise involved. We try to be fair with the people we hire and the people who hire us. My uncle helped get this business going years ago. We have a small team of about six people who are in the office every day. The rest of the guys stay out at the construction sites. We do not have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. Just some plastic chairs and a water cooler for whoever stops by. Sometimes the lift in Vijay Tower does not work right, so we end up taking the stairs. It is just honest work, day in and day out. That is all there is to it.
