We are tucked away in Ayush Vihar-Ii, which is part of the Jankipuram Vistar area in Lucknow. Our office is at House Number 2. It is a quiet residential street, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We like it that way because it is easier to focus on the consulting and construction work we do. Lucknow is expanding so fast, especially in places like Jankipuram, and we are right there in the mix. We handle everything from basic advice on building to the actual construction itself. The office is small and usually smells like tea and old paper. We have a lot of files because we keep track of everything ourselves. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but that’s just life in a residential colony. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team of us who know how to read a plan and manage a site. We spend a lot of our time visiting different plots across the city to see how things are progressing. It involves a lot of driving and talking to various contractors. We don't put on any acts. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving. It’s a practical business and we’ve been at it long enough to know the pitfalls. Most people find us through word of mouth, which is fine by us.
