We are over in Aliganj, Lucknow. Specifically in Sector J. The address is E-III/324. We call ourselves DHVJ Developers. We do development work around the city. Lucknow is expanding very fast these days, and we are right in the middle of all that growth. Our office is a quiet place where we sit and plan things out. It is not very big at all. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the different sites we are managing. Development work has a lot of moving parts. You have to check the ground, the papers, and the workers constantly. It is a lot of back and forth every day. We do not have a polished corporate image. We are just local people doing a job. Some days are good and everything goes fine with the construction. Other days, things get stuck for one reason or another and we have to figure it out. We have been in Aliganj for a while now, so we know the area and the local rules pretty well. We do not make big promises or use any fancy slogans. We just look at the projects we have and try to get them through to the end. It is a practical business for us. We drink a lot of tea and talk about construction. That is pretty much how our days go. We are just working.
