Dhirendra Singh Constructions Private Limited is based in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow, specifically in Vikrant Khand. It is a well-known part of the city with wide roads and a lot of development going on. Our office is at C-3/5, which is a decent-sized space that we have filled with all kinds of work equipment and tall stacks of paper files. We spend a lot of our time sitting at these desks, but we are also out on the road visiting sites quite often. The office has several large windows, which is great because we get plenty of natural light during the day. We have a small corner where we keep a water dispenser and a few mismatched cups for visitors. It is not the kind of office that has a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you walk in, you will probably see someone bent over a technical drawing or talking loudly on their mobile phone to a supervisor. We deal with a wide variety of people, from laborers to architects, so the atmosphere in the office changes all the time. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, even when the paperwork gets frustrating. We like being in Gomti Nagar because it is easy for people to find us and it feels like we are right in the middle of everything.
