We have our small office at H-3 in the Brahmkunj Shopping Complex, which sits right along the busy Kanpur Road. Devinefutures Infrabuiltech Private Limited is where we spend our days, surrounded by the shops and the constant flow of people moving in and out of the complex. Being on Kanpur Road means we are always in the middle of the action, with the sound of traffic providing a constant background noise. Our space in the shopping complex is compact but it serves us well for managing our building and tech projects. We have a few desks squeezed in and enough room for our files. It isn’t the kind of place you’d find in a glossy magazine, but it’s functional and suits our needs perfectly. We usually have a few people coming in and out throughout the day, whether it’s laborers needing instructions or local suppliers dropping off materials. We don’t have a polished corporate look; we’re more about getting the actual work done on-site and using the office as our home base. Sometimes the heat in the complex can be a bit much, but we keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks at hand. It’s a practical way to run a business, staying close to the main transport routes and the people we work with every day. We just focus on our infra projects and keep things moving without much fuss.
