Deora Buildwell Private Limited is located at 3/179 Vivek Khand in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy part of the city. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now, and the 226010 area is basically our backyard. Building things in Lucknow is what we do, and it keeps us pretty busy from Monday through Saturday. We aren’t a huge corporation with layers of management. We are just a few folks who know how to manage a construction site and handle the local regulations. Sometimes the paperwork is more of a struggle than the actual building, but we get through it. Vivek Khand is a nice place to be based, even if the traffic can get a bit much in the afternoons. We don't really have a big sales pitch. We just show people what we have done and let the work speak for itself. Most of our days are spent checking on sites, talking to the laborers, and making sure we have enough materials for the next week. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan, but we find a way to fix it. We value being direct and honest about what can be done. It’s a practical business for us, and we are happy to be part of the community here in Gomti Nagar.
