DEMAND HOMES INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Lucknow, right in the heart of Indira Nagar at 19/1053. Indira Nagar is a massive residential area, so there is always something happening around us. We focus on infrastructure and housing stuff, trying to keep things moving in a city that is growing faster than anyone expected. The office is usually a bit chaotic with maps and site plans everywhere. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our team is small, and we spend a lot of time on the road looking at different sites across Lucknow. Traffic can be a nightmare, especially near the main markets, but we manage. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or making sure materials arrived where they were supposed to. It’s a lot of manual tracking and checking. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and the goal is just to finish the jobs we start without too many headaches. Sometimes there are delays with the weather or labor, but that is part of the work. We aren't here to give fancy speeches or sell dreams. If there is a project to be done, we look at the logistics and start working. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the local community here in Indira Nagar. The neighborhood knows us, and we know them. It’s a good place to be based even with the noise and constant activity outside our door.
