Delight Land Housings and Infra is based on the first floor of No. 109/05 in Kashiram Colony. We’re right near the Hanskeda Police Chauki in the Para area of Lucknow. It’s a lively neighborhood, and being so close to the police post means it’s pretty easy for people to find our location. We work on housing and infrastructure projects, mostly focusing on the local residential needs that pop up. Our office is a simple room where we do all our planning and talk to people who come in to ask about land. We spend a lot of time visiting sites around Para and seeing how the physical work is progressing. It’s a lot of walking and talking to the masons and laborers to make sure everything is on track. Sometimes the paperwork for these land projects can be a real headache, but we’ve gotten used to the local process over the years. We aren't a big corporation with fancy suits and expensive cars; we’re just local guys who know about land and building houses. We try to be straightforward with people about what can be done and what can’t. The Para area is growing quite fast lately, and there are always new plots being developed. We like being part of that local growth. It’s hard work, and some days are certainly better than others, but we keep showing up every morning to get things done. We don't use big words, we just try to do the job.
