We are over at P. No. 29, Kh. No. 463 in Dewariya, Chinhat. Debonair Construction Private Limited has its base right here. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but it works for us. We have a phone number, 9807265554, which is usually sitting on the desk ringing while we are busy with something else. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a place to keep our equipment and do the boring stuff like payroll and ordering supplies. We spend most of our time out in the dirt. Construction is a messy business and we don't try to hide that. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. There aren't any big speeches or corporate slogans here. We just know how to handle the materials and the crews. Sometimes we have to deal with delays because the road to Dewariya is blocked or the power goes out at the site. You learn to be patient in this line of work. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just want to keep doing what we know how to do. The guys who work with us have been doing this for years.
