DE DIVINE CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED isn't some high-rise office building business. We work out of a regular space here where we can keep an eye on things. Most of the time, our boots are dirty because we’re out on-site more than we are behind a desk. We do construction work for people around the neighborhood and the surrounding parts of the city. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure materials show up on time, which doesn't always happen as planned. We deal with the rain, the heat, and the usual delays that come with building things in Lucknow. We aren't into fancy talk or big marketing plans. People around here just know us by name. We’ve been in Rajajipuram for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit. Our team is small, mostly just local guys who know their trade. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we’d rather be out seeing the progress on a house or a wall. It’s practical work for practical people. We don't make big promises we can't keep, we just show up and do the job as best as the day allows. It’s been our way of doing things from the start and we plan to stay right here for a long time yet.
