Our company, Dainton & Carmelo Infratech Private Limited, is situated at Alambagh 556/090 in Sujanpura. It’s a bit of a long name for a business, but we just go by the work we do every day. Sujanpura is a busy area, and being in Alambagh means there is always something happening right outside our door. We mostly focus on local infrastructure stuff, which means a lot of time spent out in the sun looking at trenches or foundations. The office is just a place to store our tools and keep the records straight. It’s not fancy at all, just a couple of rooms with some old fans that make a lot of noise. We don't have any polished speeches prepared for visitors. Most people who come by are just workers looking for their next assignment or suppliers dropping off a bill. We spend our days coordinating with the crews and making sure the trucks don't get lost on the way to the site. It can be quite stressful when things don't go to plan, like when a machine breaks down or we can't find the right part in the local market. But we have been doing this long enough to know that everything eventually gets sorted out if you just stay at it. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we are just a local team trying to build things properly in our little corner of Lucknow.
