Curious Realcon Private Limited

Our place is at 408/53 in Khet Gali, over in the Chachoupatiya area of Lucknow. It’s a bit of an old-school neighborhood, and we like the feel of it. Curious Realcon Private Limited is the name we use for business, but we’re just local people who know this city inside and out. The office is small and tucked away, so you have to look for it a bit. We don’t have big neon signs or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just files and a couple of desks where we handle property stuff. Lucknow is a busy place, and the real estate side of things keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time out and about, so the office is often just a place to catch up on notes and make phone calls. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We talk to our neighbors and know the guys at the tea stall nearby. We think it’s better to be part of the community than to be some distant company in a big building. There’s always someone dropping by for a chat or to ask about a piece of land. We keep things honest and don’t use a lot of big words to explain what we do. It’s just about helping people find what they need in this part of town without any unnecessary drama. We like the pace here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else in Lucknow.
