CREO LAND PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at D-2/125 in Vibhuti Khand, which is one of the busy parts of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. Creo Land Private Limited operates from this office. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve filled it up with all sorts of things over the years. Since we are in the 226010 area, there are lots of other offices and shops around us. It makes it easy to go out and get supplies or meet people for a quick chat. The office atmosphere is pretty laid back. We don't have any strict rules about how people sit or where they put their stuff, as long as the work gets done. There’s a lot of talk about land and sites throughout the day. You’ll usually hear someone on a mobile phone explaining directions or discussing a plot. The air conditioning is a bit old and rattles sometimes, but it keeps us cool enough during the Lucknow summers. We have a few chairs for guests but they are usually occupied by our own bags or papers. It’s an honest place where we don't try to impress anyone with fancy decorations or high-end stuff. We just focus on the land business and keeping our records straight. The street outside is always full of cars, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge in the mornings. We just take it as it comes.
