You can find us in Vikrant Khand, which is part of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. Our office is at B-1/206. Gomti Nagar is a pretty popular area these days, but our corner is relatively manageable. We work on infrastructure zones, which basically means we are involved in building and planning stuff around the city. Compass Infrazone is the name on the door, though it’s a simple door. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of paper. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’d rather spend that time making sure our sites are running properly. It’s a lot of phone calls and meeting people at odd hours. Lucknow is changing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand for new structures. Some days are better than others. Sometimes a supplier doesn't show up, or the rain stops everything, and we just have to sit and wait. We are honest about how things work. There are no shortcuts in construction, and we don't try to find any. We have lived in Lucknow for years, so we know the people and the way things get done here. It is just a small team of us working out of this office in Vikrant Khand. We don't need much more than that to get the job done right. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on stay standing for a long time. It’s hard work but it’s what we do.
