Chittaur Developers (Opc) Private Limited is based in the Aryavrat Complex, which is on the third floor in Ismileganj. We have shops 12 and 14 there. It is right on Faizabad Road in Lucknow, so there is always plenty of traffic and people moving about. Since we are an OPC, it is a pretty small and direct operation. We focus on property development, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to people about potential projects. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we can sit down and go over the details of our work. Faizabad Road is a very busy part of the city, and it seems like there is something new being built every week. We try to keep ourselves busy with our own projects and stay out of the way of the big corporate firms. We don't have a marketing team to write our stuff, so we just tell it like it is. Development work involves a lot of waiting for permits and making sure the paperwork is exactly right. It can be a slow process sometimes, and it definitely tests your patience. We have been here for a while and we know the local market well enough to get by. We just take things as they come and try to do a decent job with the resources we have.
