Chandradev Infratech is over in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. Our office is at A-264 on the first floor, the south side. Indira Nagar is a big residential and commercial hub, so there is always something happening around us. We are involved in infrastructure and building projects across the city. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. Most of the time, they don't, and that's when the real work starts. We have been in Lucknow for quite a while and we know the local landscape pretty well. Our team is small, mostly just local people who know how things work in Uttar Pradesh. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just this office where we keep our maps and contracts. It gets pretty busy during the peak construction season, and we often find ourselves working late into the evening. We don't make big claims about being the leaders in anything. We are just a group of people who know how to build things and we stick to that. It is a practical business and we treat it that way. Sometimes we have to deal with rain or labor shortages, but we just keep pushing through. People in the area know us by our name and where our office is, and that’s enough for us.
