Casper Buildicon Private Limited is located at 2/ 285 Vikas Khand in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Vikas Khand is a quiet enough area, which is a nice change from the noisy construction sites we spend most of our time at. We are a small team that handles building work around the city. Our office isn't much to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of project files. We spend a lot of time out and about, checking on how the walls are coming along or if the roofing material has arrived yet. In Lucknow, you never really know what the day will bring. Sometimes a machine breaks down, or the weather turns bad, and you have to change all your plans for the week. We just roll with it. There is no point in getting stressed over things you can't control. We focus on the practical side of building, like making sure the cement mix is right and the laborers have what they need to keep working. It is a lot of talking to people and making sure everyone understands their job. We aren't interested in being the biggest company; we just want to do the work we have in front of us.
