Our office is upstairs at the Rio Complex in Lalpur. It’s units 8 and 9 on the first floor. Carnation Builders And Developers Private Limited has been based here for a while. Usually, you’ll find one of us drinking tea and looking over some blueprints. We deal with buildings, mostly local stuff around town. It's not a huge operation, just a few of us trying to make sense of the new regulations and making sure the sites are running. Lalpur is a busy spot, so the Rio Complex usually has people coming and going. If you come by, just head to the first floor. We don't have a receptionist sitting there all day, so you might have to knock a bit loud. The office is practical. We have stacks of files and samples of tiles lying around. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days we are out at the construction sites all morning. It is a bit of a juggle, but that's how it goes when you’re building things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that stays in the neighborhood. We know the streets around here. It feels good to see a project finally finish up after months of work.
