We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of offices; we're just a dedicated group of people working out of this house. Most of our days are spent visiting sites or talking to suppliers on the phone. The construction business in Uttar Pradesh has its ups and downs, especially with weather and material costs, but we just take it as it comes. We don't have a team of salesmen. Usually, if someone needs something built, they hear about us from a neighbor or see our sign somewhere. We keep things very basic and clear.
