Caps Infraheights Private Limited is run out of Shop Number 2 and 3 in Bharosa Maunda. It’s right there on Mohan Road, near Thana Para in Lucknow. Laxmi Narayan Yadav, who is the son of Sri Rajaram, is the main person here. The shop is usually open early in the morning. We have some samples of materials lying around and some chairs for people to sit on. Being on Mohan Road means it gets pretty busy with traffic and people passing by all the time. It’s a good spot because everyone knows the landmark. We deal with building projects and land stuff. It’s not a flashy business. We wear normal clothes and talk to everyone who walks in. Some days it’s just us drinking tea and waiting for the rain to stop so we can head out to the sites. We handle the paperwork ourselves mostly. Lucknow is expanding fast towards this side, so there is always something to do. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just drop by the shop if they want to talk about a project. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the local land rules and who to talk to at the municipal office. It’s a lot of running around, but it’s what we do. The shop is small but it serves us well enough for our needs. We just try to keep things simple and honest with our neighbors.
