Our office is located at MS/139 in Sector D of Aliganj, which is a fairly well-known part of Lucknow. We have been working out of this spot for quite a while now. Our main focus is on development and various building projects around the city. It is the kind of work that keeps us on our feet from early in the morning until late at night. We are not really into fancy brochures or long corporate speeches. We just talk to people in a normal way about what they need and how we can help them get it built. Some days are spent entirely at a construction site, while other days we are stuck with paperwork and meetings in the office. Aliganj is a good area to be based in, and we like the neighborhood. We know the local market well because we have lived and worked in Uttar Pradesh for many years. It is not always easy work, and there are plenty of headaches with supplies and regulations, but we find our way through it. We do not have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the business inside and out. We try to be practical about everything we do. If a project has problems, we talk about it openly. People seem to like that straightforward way of doing things.
