Buniyad Infrastructure & Construction is located out in Chinhat. Specifically, we’re at Village Kanchanpur on Deva Road, under Kh.No-155-Sa. It’s a bit further out from the main city center, which gives us a different perspective on things. The area around Deva Road is still developing, so there’s always something new happening. Our office is a simple place, more of a practical workspace than a corporate suite. We deal with a lot of groundwork and basic construction needs here. Working in a village like Kanchanpur means we are close to the land we work on. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just the essentials to keep the business running. Most of our day is spent dealing with the realities of construction—weather, labor, and supplies. We don’t use a lot of big marketing terms because they don’t really fit what we do. We’re just a small team trying to build things that last. The atmosphere in Chinhat is a bit quieter than downtown Lucknow, which we appreciate. It allows us to focus on the tasks at hand without too many distractions. We’ve got a good handle on the local area and the specific challenges of building around Deva Road. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but we’re used to it. Our spot at Kh.No-155-Sa is where we start every morning, usually with a quick plan for the day’s labor and a few phone calls to the crew.
