You can find us at H.N. 3/374 in Vishal Khand, which is right in the middle of Gomti Nagar. Lucknow is a busy city, and Gomti Nagar is one of the busiest parts, but our spot is relatively tucked away. We handle space development, which basically means we look at empty spots and figure out how to put things there. It is a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and city officials. Our office at Buildmark is pretty simple. We have some drafting tables and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't really do the whole polished business look. It is more about getting the job done than looking fancy. The summer heat in Lucknow can be a real pain, so we do a lot of our site visits early in the morning. We have seen this neighborhood change so much over the years. New buildings go up all the time. We just play our small part in that process. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who know how to read a blueprint and manage a construction site. We don't make big promises or use marketing speak. We just look at the land and see what can be built on it. It is steady work that keeps us occupied from Monday to Saturday.
