Build Bull Developers Private Limited

Our base for Build Bull Developers Private Limited is in the Kulbhaskar Complex on G B Marg in Lucknow. Specifically, we are at A 2/Ff. It’s a busy commercial building with a lot of different offices and shops. Ours is usually the one with too many blueprints rolled up in the corner and a lot of muddy boots near the door. Lucknow is a big city and things move fast here, especially in the construction sector. We try to keep up with the pace by staying focused on our building projects and not getting distracted. We aren't the kind of company that has a receptionist in a fancy uniform or a waiting lounge with magazines. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in notes, old invoices, and tax papers. We do development work, which means we spend a lot of time on site making sure everything is being done properly. It's a lot of coordination and sometimes it feels like we are just chasing our tails when a supplier is late. But eventually, the buildings get finished and we move on to the next one. We’ve been in this complex for a while now and it’s a good spot for us. It’s central and easy for our suppliers to find us when they need a signature. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we’ve done before. We just work hard every day.
