Brixwell Realty & Construction LLP is located right in the middle of things over at Sushant Golf City in Lucknow. We are set up on the first floor, specifically unit F/1/0058 in the LIG Sector-F area. If you know Sultanpur Road, you know it gets quite busy around Pocket-1. Working in real estate and construction here means a lot of time spent on the phone or out walking around the plots. Our space isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for the few of us who work here. We spend our mornings looking over site maps and our afternoons usually involve a lot of driving around to check on progress. Lucknow is growing fast, and being in the 229010 zip code puts us right where a lot of the new stuff is happening. We don't have a big corporate team; it is just a few people trying to make sense of the construction schedules and the paperwork that comes with it. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, especially when the weather isn't cooperating with the building schedule. It can be a bit of a headache dealing with all the little details, but that's what we signed up for. We just focus on getting the next phase done and making sure the foundations are poured correctly. There aren't many bells and whistles here, just a lot of coffee and honest work for anyone who needs it.
