BRAHMAND REALITY INFRAPROJECT PRIVATE LIMITED

Brahmand Reality is based out of House Number 221 in Phase-2 of Sector O, which is in the New Goroura area of Lucknow. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is actually quite peaceful compared to the main city center. Our office is basically part of the house, which makes it feel very informal and relaxed. We work on various real estate and infra projects across 226012 and the rest of Lucknow. There is a small garden out front where we sometimes sit if the weather is nice. Inside, we have maps of the local area pinned to the walls and stacks of folders everywhere. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who know the local land market well. We spend a lot of our time driving out to different sites to see how the work is progressing. The traffic in Lucknow can be a bit much, so we try to do our site visits early in the day. People from the nearby streets often drop in just to say hello or ask about property prices. We don't use any fancy sales talk or have a polished presentation ready. We just tell people what we know and show them the plans we have. It’s a straightforward way of doing things and it suits the way we like to work. The office is simple, the work is steady, and we like being part of this community.
