Blu Zene Infra Structure Private Limited is situated at Flat 418 in the Vikas Apartments. This is over in Sector-6 of Vikas Nagar here in Lucknow. We’ve been using this apartment as our base of operations for a while. It’s a bit tight when we have a lot of people in for meetings, but it works for us. We focus on infrastructure projects. That means a lot of time spent looking at roads, drains, and basic building shells. It’s the kind of work that isn't always pretty but it's very necessary. We’re a small group of people who just wanted to get into the building trade. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just a few computers and a lot of files. Most of the real action happens out in the field anyway. We’ve had to learn a lot over the years about how things actually get done on the ground. It’s different from what you read in books. You have to deal with the weather, the local suppliers, and all sorts of delays. We try to stay patient and just solve the problems as they come up. We don't have a big website or do any advertising. People around Lucknow know us or they hear about us from someone else we’ve worked for. We just keep our heads down and do the work we know how to do.
