Our office is located at A-61/22/01 in the Sulabh Awash Yojna, over in Sector-1 of Gomti Nagar Bistar. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s easy enough to find if you’re in the area. We work on infra projects and housing development. Being in the Sulabh Awash Yojna area means we are surrounded by residential projects, which makes sense for what we do. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of files stacked up. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to finish the projects we started. Most of our time is spent on the ground, looking at how the construction is coming along. Gomti Nagar Bistar is still growing, so there’s always something to do. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just rely on doing the work and letting people see it for themselves. It’s a small operation and we like to keep it that way. If someone has a problem, they just walk in and talk to us. There’s no big hierarchy here. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local weather or the price of cement. It’s just a normal way of running a business in Lucknow. We are local people working for other local people, trying to build things that actually last for the families around here.
