Bhumitra Infradevelopers Private Limited is based out of the Khandak area, near the old Uptron factory on Deva Road in Chinhat. We are located care of Deshraj Singh Yadav. It’s a well-known spot around here. Being near Deva Road means we see a lot of traffic and movement throughout the day. Our office is a simple place where we manage the development projects we have going on in the local area. It’s not a fancy corporate building, just a practical space where we can sit down and get the planning done. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office is often empty for a few hours at a time while we are checking on the ground work. Construction and development take a lot of patience, especially when you are dealing with the local terrain in Chinhat. We have a small team and we all do a bit of everything. One day we might be looking at legal papers and the next we are out standing in the mud at a site. It’s hard work and it gets dusty, but it is what we know how to do. People from around the neighborhood know the location near Uptron, so it’s easy for them to drop by if they need to discuss something. We don't put on any acts; we just do the work as it comes and try to be honest about the progress.
