You can find us over at Lekhraj Homes on Faizabad Road. We have a small place, Flat 19 on the first floor in Indira Nagar. BHOOMIVISTAR DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is a Lucknow-based group, and we’ve been working in this area for a while now. The 226016 neighborhood is where we do most of our business. We’re not a huge developer with a massive staff. It’s just a handful of us who understand the local real estate and construction scene. We spend our mornings drinking chai and going over the plans for the day. Sometimes we’re out on a site in Sector 8, and other times we’re stuck in the office dealing with the legal side of things. Lucknow is a great place to work, but it has its own challenges, like the heat and the slow pace of certain things. We don't try to sound like a big fancy firm because we aren't one. We’re just local people who know how to get buildings started and finished. We’ve seen Faizabad Road change a lot over the years, and it’s interesting to be part of that growth. We don't make big promises or use fancy language. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to get it done on time. It’s simple, direct, and keeps us busy throughout the week.
